جاپان کے وزیرِاعظم شیگرو ایشیبا نے پیر کے روز کہا کہ انہیں عہدے پر برقرار رہنے کی ضرورت ہے تاکہ امریکا کے ساتھ تجارتی ٹیرف مذاکرات اور دیگر معاشی مسائل سے نمٹا جا سکے، جو ایوانِ بالا کے انتخابات میں سخت شکست کے بعد درپیش ہیں۔
